Jacques Pepin One Pot Bread


Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
4 cups flour


Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a non-stick pot with a wooden spoon. Put on lid, and proof at room temp for 60-90 minutes.
  2. Break it down and place it in the refridgerator overnight, with the cover on.
  3. Do not break the top again. Put the pot in a hot (450 K; 230 C), cover off,  oven and bake for 30-40 mins.
